Speller Metcalfe is a leading regional contractor working across the Midlands and South West. Our Headquarters are based in Malvern, Worcestershire, with offices in Wolverhampton and Herefordshire. We have a key focus on providing innovation and excellence in construction. Working primarily in the public sector, our areas of expertise run from Leisure to education to healthcare and our Small Works division are specialised in projects of under £3million, including heritage and refurbishment works. We also have our own specialist Living division which has a long history of building high quality homes for a variety of schemes, including shared ownership, private sale and land acquisition.

The results

Through enquiries which first started with a Glenigan search, we have established relationships with a number of clients who we were not previously in contact with.

We are currently on site constructing a new multi-million-pound sports facility for a new client which we bid for as a result of a Glenigan search. The client on the scheme had not previously heard of us, yet we now have a successful relationship with them.
