Contractors awarded £16m framework

A2Dominion Housing Group has awarded a £16 million Cyclical Decorations and Repairs Framework for their housing stock of approximately 16,500 domestic properties. The scheme can include cyclical decorations to both external and communal areas, ad-hoc window/door replacements, repairs to windows and doors, external pointing and brickwork/concrete/render repairs, repairs to fencing, repairs or renewals to roofs, guttering/rainwater goods and communal flooring, also plaster repairs, landscaping and tarmac repairs. The contract have been allocated to CLC Contractors, Keepmoat, Mitie, DW Contractors, Topcoat, Ferris Painting, Mulalley and Seddons. Works are due to commence in April 2013 for a period of five years.
