Wates scoops £92m HMRC Leeds hub job
Wates has scooped a contract to deliver a 378,000 sq ft office scheme in Leeds. The contractor will build the Grade A office development at 7 & 8 Wellington Place for developer MEPC. The scheme is estimated to be worth around £92m.
