We’re looking for a keen-eyed, meticulous data manager to ensure our CRM data is tidy, well-managed, enriched and understood. Working closely with our commercial and data teams, this role is critical to ensuring we manage our contact and company databases brilliantly.

We offer the opportunity to work alongside a passionate team, supporting the commercial functions of the business, striving for business efficiency and growth.

The role is offered on a hybrid-basis; attending our Bournemouth office two days a week. You would join us at an exciting time as we have recently joined one of the largest groups of construction data providers, partnering us with market-leading companies across the globe.

Key accountabilities

  • Management of data within our Salesforce CRM database, ensuring it is cleansed, enriched and understood.
  • The identification of commercial opportunities within the database, to be delivered to commercial teams as leads.
  • The sourcing of new company and contact data to enrich the database and drive market penetration.
  • Reporting and analysis focused on commercial activity and performance to drive ongoing activity.
